We are delighted to now be able to share our new food and drink menus designed by Hilltop’s Head Chef Iain and Paul Merrett.

Paul is a two-time winner of the coveted Michelin star, an accomplished author, and has many hours of TV appearances under his apron. To complement your wedding breakfast menu, our Bar Manager Cam has refreshed our choice of wines, and we now have a cocktail menu for the seasons!
