Hilltop Country House is a multi-award winning wedding venue. We have been North West Highly Commended 2026 and are The North West Wedding Venue and Event Team of the Year 2025, as recognised by The Wedding Industry Awards. We have been named within the top 10 Best Wedding Venues in Cheshire over 3 years at The County Brides North West Wedding Awards.

We have received multiple awards from Bridebook. Including Platinum 2026 Award, a Gold Award for Best of Bridebook, County Champion and a Wedding Industry People Award for Best In-House Caterer. In 2024 and 2025, we were selected as one of the most incredible wedding professionals as awarded by Hitched. Additionally, our excellent B&B bedrooms have been award-winning 4 years in a row.

The awards are given based on the excellence of our incredible reviews and kind words left by all Hilltop couples, their friends, family, and overnight guests. Our awards recognise the devoted service experienced by everyone who walks through the Hilltop door.

As announced at the North West Wedding Industry Awards, we have been North West Regional Highly Commended 2026. We are over the moon to have won a third award in 2 years at TWIA and will always be grateful to our couples for voting for us every year.

North West Wedding Venue & Wedding Event Team of the Year 2025

We are the best North West Wedding Venue and Wedding Event Team of the Year 2025! This was our first time entering The Wedding Industry Awards, and to win not one but two awards is an incredible achievement for the entire Hilltop team. Winning the best in our region, we were then automatically selected to compete within the best in the nation! Unfortunately, we didn’t win but it was an amazing experience and we are very proud to be named within the top Wedding Venues and Event Teams in the UK!

Cheshire Life Food and Drink Awards 2025 – Specialist Venue or Event of the Year

We are thrilled to be shortlisted within the top 3 Cheshire Specialist Venue or Event of the Year 2025. This is the first award that has recognised our amazing food and drink offering. We are so pleased to be assured that all of the hard work that goes into creating delicious menus doesn’t go unnoticed. As a venue that offers all of their catering in-house, we ensure that everything is of the highest standard and quality with fresh, local produce, so fresh it comes from our very own garden! We love creating bespoke dishes and cocktails to complement our couples taste and style.

From 2022 to 2025, we have been lucky enough to have received a yearly award from Booking.com as a result of the lovely reviews that have been left by all of our staying guests. We welcome everyone to Hilltop Country House for a relaxing stay in the Cheshire countryside, and we always love welcoming back Hilltop couples who have married with us for a special anniversary stay.
