Happy 1 year anniversary to our bar manager Cameron! 🍻🥂
Although Cam has been part of the bar team for many years, Cam has now been officially Hilltop’s bar manager for a year and it has flown by! He is your guy for anything drinks, cocktails and bar related and trust me when we say he knows his stuff.
We had a chat with Cam about his last year with us and here is what he said…
“My first year as Hilltop’s bar manager has been great. It’s been super fun building a fantastic team that have excelled through every wedding and event here. I’m very happy with the success we have had in our first year and looking forward to many more. I’ve loved developing the new cocktail and wine menus along with training for the staff in collaboration with some of the biggest names in the industry. Just to name one - Macallan Whisky.”

1. Of course it has to be Penny the cat… Hilltop’s very own pet but also Clare’s furry baby. You’ll often find Penny greeting your guests on your wedding day or sunbathing on the patio during summer 🐈⬛
2. Olivia’s family dog, Bonnie the Cocker Spaniel. Bonkers Bonnie… the craziest dog you’ll meet! She’s a water baby who loves the beach 🐾
3. Cam’s dog Benji the bouncy Beagle. If you interrupt his dinner time or his naps, you’ll know about it as he turns into a grumpy teenager!! 🦴
4. Beth’s first born son, Oreo. The sleepiest, soppiest boy who loves to help when working at home by sitting on the laptop 🐈
