Eating, drinking, celebrating…
Whatever the occasion you can be confident that Hilltop has the experience and the know-how to deliver a celebration that will have your guests talking for years to come! Head Chef Iain and his team are on hand throughout the planning process giving you peace of mind that with this level of personal service, your big day is in safe hands.

Head Chef Iain works closely alongside Paul Merrett, a two-time winner of the coveted Michelin star. Paul is an accomplished author and has many hours of TV appearances under his apron. He now owns and runs two award-winning gastro pubs in West London. Paul and Iain have carefully crafted and tested each item on our menu selection.


After you’ve tied the knot, enjoy a variety of homemade canapés to tide you over until your wedding breakfast.

Including wedding classics such as smoked salmon rillettes with dill and crème fraiche, and sticky honey mustard sausages using local Happy Valley Honey. As well as these we’ve created delicious bites unique to Hilltop such as smoked chicken on sourdough, Caeser dressing and parmesan, and wild mushroom arancini with black truffle mayonnaise.

Sharing Platters

A popular and great way to start a meal.

To replace your starter course, our sharing platters are served on wooden boards to the table encouraging guests to pass round and enjoy. A great way to get people talking! With food inspired by the Mediterranean, The Middle East, and Great Britain with our gastropub style platter.

Wedding Breakfast Menu

At Hilltop everything is produced in-house by our dedicated team of chefs.

We grow our own herbs right here in our beautiful allotment kitchen garden and use the finest, local ingredients. Our menu delivers a best-in-class selection of dishes which have all been tried and tested by Iain and Paul. However, they love a culinary challenge so if you have something very particular in mind, please let us know so that we can discuss with you and deliver a bespoke menu for your special day.

Evening Food

Later in the evening, people need a snack!

At Hilltop we have built a reputation for serving the best wood fired pizzas for miles around. Our pizzas are a sourdough base topped with best quality tomato and mozzarella finished with your favourite toppings. The wood burning pizza oven is in our garden allowing guests to enjoy some culinary theatre!


The Bar

The only hiccups on the day come from the champagne!

Our dedicated Bar Manager Cam and his team of mixologists are on hand to serve your favourite drinks. We offer three bars stocked with an enormous selection of wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

We also have a wedding bar service to suit all seasons and wedding styles – whether your reception is indoors or outdoors. There is no waiting around for your guests when there is more than one bar to enjoy!

Welcome Drinks & Wine Packages

A fabulous welcome drink and wine package will compliment your wedding food menu just perfectly. Your welcome drink may be a classic glass of bubbly, an English country Pimms for the summer or a mulled wine for the winter. Display bottled beers for your guests in our rustic beer barrow!

Our wine packages have been designed by Cam and our specialist wine suppliers. Cam has achieved multiple WSET qualifications. The wines have been carefully picked to match your wedding food menus. All of our Hilltop couples enjoy a tasting event where you have the opportunity to taste your chosen dishes and wine pairing.

Signature Cocktails & Bespoke Menus

We offer your favourite classic cocktails as well as a seasonal cocktail menu inspired by the Hilltop garden and local ingredients.

Including all the lovely elements that spring, summer, autumn and winter bring. As part of the Hilltop experience, you can create a signature cocktail menu incorporating mixture of your personal favourite drinks, cocktails, and flavours.
